Morgan Callahan’s journey began in Portland, Oregon, where she was born and raised. From an early age, she developed a keen interest in systems thinking, leadership, and policy. A graduate of Lincoln High School’s International Baccalaureate program, Morgan’s academic journey set the foundation for her future success. Her curiosity and passion for change management were evident during her undergraduate years at the University of Michigan, where she pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business Economics. Morgan Callahan's career officially took off at Accenture, where she joined as a Business Analyst within the Strategy and Operations division. Based in Seattle, she worked on optimization projects for clients in the consumer goods and telecommunications sectors. Her efforts were instrumental in positioning Sun Grid as a key player in the renewable energy space. In 2016, Morgan’s leadership was recognized with a promotion to Vice President of Business Development, where she expanded her role to include acquisition strategy and energy storage innovation. Under her guidance, Sun Grid doubled its installation capacity over the next three years and solidified its presence across the American Southwest. Morgan also managed a $12 million strategic acquisition and worked with municipal partners to develop solar-plus-storage infrastructure, further demonstrating her ability to lead complex, high-impact projects.
